Role: Customer Service Administrator – Fixed Term Contract
Salary:  £26,227.50 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EX – Minimum 3 days in the office

We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team on a fixed term contract, to support us through our busy peak period. Whether you're new to office work or bringing previous customer service experience, if you’re a great communicator with a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

What the Customer Service Administrator role entails:

• Dealing with customer calls and emails, helping with questions about orders, deliveries and products.
• Process orders and returns accurately, making sure everything is sent out on time and in the right format.
• Handle invoices, refunds, credits and work with other teams, such as accounts and buying to sort out any issues.

• Supporting online sales through our customer portals (e.g., Hush Puppies, Muck Boot)

• Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly and make sure stock and product information is up to date.
• Take care of general admin tasks and help keep everything organised.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and learning new systems
• A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using Zendesk is desirable but not essential
