In this varied role, you will manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales process, from generating new business and conducting property viewings to negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales through to completion.
You will build lasting client relationships, provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the continued success and growth of a respected independent estate agency with an excellent local reputation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Register and qualify buyers while handling property enquiries
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to vendors
- Generate valuations and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, articulate and well-presented approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of the Bromley property market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
