£35,000-£40,000 basic. Company car. Every weekend off.

We're recruiting an experienced technician to join an established automotive dealership in Tunbridge Wells, working within an experienced and supportive aftersales team.

Monday to Friday. 8:30am-5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS.

The Role

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing and routine maintenance
• Mechanical repairs
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Vehicle inspections
• Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis
• Using diagnostic equipment
• Carrying out repairs efficiently and accurately
• Completing work to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate job records
• Working safely and professionally

You'll be supported by an experienced workshop team and Aftersales Manager.

About You

We're looking for an experienced technician with a strong mechanical background and a genuine pride in their work.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Car Mechanic or similar
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Strong mechanical and technical ability
• Diagnostic and fault-finding experience
• Good attention to detail
• High standards of workmanship
• A professional and reliable approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dealership experience is beneficial, but not essential.

We're also happy to consider experienced technicians from independent garages, specialist workshops and other automotive backgrounds.
